At a pivotal moment for Euro-Atlantic security, Allied parliamentarians gather in Berlin amid profound shifts in the security landscape. Russia’s continuing war against Ukraine, intensifying hybrid threats and the drive to strengthen collective defence are testing the Alliance and demanding sustained political resolve.
